The paper analyzes several reasons why the development of evidence-based medicine（EBM） lags behind in China and points out that it’s necessary to train EBM information personnel appropriate for clinical demands through various ways basing on institutional assurance and construction of EBM resource, in the hope of opening up the new prospects in EBM information services in China.
