Combining with the health research management system in Jiangsu province, the paper introduces the comparatively perfect information system for health research management. The system is using J2EE platform technology, Oracle database system and B/S three-tier architecture. It could realize multitask uniform management and dynamic management according to life circle of projects. With the implementation of the system, Jiangsu province can form a 4 in 1 management system which contains health research plan, scientific achievements, discipline construction and talent cultivating.
