PubMed,ISI-Medline and Google Scholar are the commonly used retrieval tools for medical literatures retrieval by scientific researchers. The paper carries out comparative analysis among these three retrieval tools by retrieval scopes, fields, methods, results processing and personalized service, the result says that each of them has distinguished and irreplaceable advantages and disadvantages, scientific researchers should choose corresponding tools and formulate appropriate strategies according to their own needs.
