The paper analyzes the existing problems in decision-making consultation service and information research, proposes the concrete strategies to reform providing mode of medical information service including: providing strategic intelligence research service, decision-making service and management assistance service for governmental and decision-making departments, carrying out scientific and technology information resource and service platform construction, utilizing advantages to fulfill knowledge management, providing efficient and deep information service, taking the lead in marketing initiatively according to the needs, strengthening literacy education and carrying out information research and training.
