The paper chooses 438 research papers on medical informatics published from 1994 to 2009 in China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database, carries out bibliometric analysis from the distribution of publishing year, journal, author, institute, region of the authors, keywords and citation journal, sums up the current situation of medical informatics research in China and points out the existing problems and reasonable advices.
