The paper introduces the connotation and the main service modes about personalized knowledge service technology. It considers that the interest of users and the behavior express, clustering and classification, personalized information service safety and system evaluation are the core technologies for developing this service. In the meanwhile,it points out that many problems need to be solved including intellectual property rights and privacy protection, the construction of knowledge service assessment and feedback mechanism, the complexity and feasibility of the system.
