The paper introduces the connotation and requirements of constructing learning hospitals,discusses the dialectical relationship between learning hospitals and modern hospitals.Taking Library of the First Hospital of Nanhua University as an example,it elaborates creative ideas on constructing a learning library including innovation of resource construction and service content, and points out that learning libraries play a leading and supporting role in constructing learning hospitals.
