The paper introduces the biomedical electronic journals status covering OVID（LWW）, Springer and ProQuest（PHMC） which had been ordered from 2007 to 2008 by library of Guangzhou Medical College. Combining with key subjects setting the paper carries out statistical analysis on the status of journals indexing on key subjects, and emphasizes on the full-text downloading status and database using cost analysis. In addition it discusses how to construct and utilize foreign language electronic journal resources in middle and small-sized libraries from electronic resource construction and database publicizing and training, etc.
