The paper analyzes sci-tech papers of Kunming Medical College cited by SCIE from publishing years, authors, discipline categories, paper types, languages and citation situation, it pointes out that Kunming Medical College should intensify the awareness of submitting papers to journals on the SCI list, regulate the publishing procedure and improve paper quality.
