The paper introduces how to use PowerPoint 2003 to make multi-media teaching courseware for medical literature retrieval courses. Starting from the contents and material choosing the paper introduces the editing of the slides, processing of the photo and background, setting of the animation, saving of the slides. Using PowerPoint helps obtaining better teaching effects and improving the interests and efficiency of students.
