Reference services in medical and health fields provide more convenient and more professional services for users,relying on National Science and Technology Library(NSTL) resources, manpower and technology advantages. The paper introduces reference service experiences in NSTL medical library from the aspects of medical and health literature retrieval, knowledge answering, information literacy education, subject intelligence research, personalized information service and subject information service. It discusses tactics for extending service connotation, promoting service ability, expecting to achieve better effectiveness.
