Taking Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as an example,the paper carries out research on literature information resources construction strategies of medical libraries.It briefly introduces the characteristics, targets as well as collection status in Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, analyzes the changes of medical information publishing, disseminating and using environment, investigates the demands of the medical sci-tech development for the medical information, proposes the construction strategies for medical literature information resources at the present stage.
