The paper discusses the impacts on information work in knowledge economy era, accordingly puts forward that hospital library should carry out a series of revolution on its operating mechanism, including reforming original managing system, carrying out deep level service; changing ideas, strengthening information awareness; promoting automation process in libraries and strengthening the literacy education of professional technical staffs.
