Ecological civilization is the fundamental to promote the development of medical records management. The paper introduces the principles of ecological civilization in department of medical records from following aspects: human ecology, ecological balance and sustainable development. It also puts forward construction ideas for this ecosystem from two aspects: ecological culture in the department of medical records and new culture environment of network language, so as to promote stable and sustainable developmentin department of medical records.
