The major of medical information management and information system is facing the problem of weak teacher resources. The paper introduces the required quality for this group of teachers as well as the status of teacher resources, proposes methods for teacher resources construction and countermeasures for improving teacher quality including setting up efficient teaching managing mechanism, strengthening education and scientific research work.
