The paper points out the existing problems in nowadays higher vocational nursing education, combining the construction practices from “National Medical and Health Information Technology Training Camp”held by Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic College, it introduces the system constitution and advantages, explores innovative modes for cultivating nursing personnel, expounds social benefits from cultivation, thus to provide reference for further innovation on nursing personnel cultivating.
