The paper mainly introduces the latest development of the laboratory information system (LIS) application situation both in China and abroad, elaborates the application and the result of the LIS in thesis management, counting atherogenic index of plasma and one hour to report.The optimization of LIS could improve the efficiency of work and research, which should be further promoted.
