From library characters,objective requirements of library management and readers′ demand, the paper discusses the necessity of the broad participation of readers in library management and points out the ways and means for readers participating library management including extensive collecting readers′ opinions, encouraging readers to attend directly management and relevant activities. Moreover, it proposes suggestions for specification of management.
