The paper introduces the current situation of community health service in Beijing, analyzes the demands for community health business. It elaborates a technological program of the integrated information management system from the following aspects: the logic design, the web design, the physical structure and the technolgy realization of platform at all levels, points out the important significance of this design for the system.
