Taking Google Scholar, CNKI and VIP as information sources to retrieve documents related domestic special medical service, the paper conducts a bibliometrics analysis from the following indicators: publishing time, source journal, author′s profession and the geographical distibution, sums up the research overview of domestic special medical service in recent years, in order to provide a useful reference for development of theory and practice in the field .
