The paper conducts a bibliometrics analysis for the published papers from four general three levels of first-class hospitals in recent 9 years from the following aspects: the publishing year, first author, core journal, fund subsidization and cited frequency, explores research capability of both individuals and institutions, academic standards and the development of key disciplines, analyzes the gap among hospitals, and provides reference for managing and developing of hospitals.
