Combining with teaching experiences of department of information management and information system, China Medical University,the paper discusses the effect of applying problem-based learning (PBL) in biomedical literature and web resources course, points out that PBL would help students grasp priorities, difficulties and also promote retrieval ability, cultivate the capacity of problem analyzing, problem solving and independent learning, which help to improve teaching effectiveness.
