Based on in-depth description of the framework, installing process and application software of DSpace system, with the combination experience of Library of Mudanjiang Medical College, the paper elaborates the construction of imaging characteristic database, including the types of document storage, concrete steps of constructing the database, discusses the system customization and database management.
