The paper investigates the status quo of patent management organization, the situation of patent information utilization of patent administrators in the intellectual property pilot units in health system of Shanghai.It also analyzes the reasons that might affect information utilization,determines certain existing problems, so as to enhance the utilization level of patent information for the patent administrators in health system.
