The paper analyzes the general solutions for electronic reading room management in hospital libraries, combined with the practices of Library of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, proposes several solutions for strengthening management in the electronic reading room, such as updating the management system functions, setting readers′ time limit, restricting some software to use, protecting system with certain hard disc defensive card and innovating service environment,etc.
