In recent years academic misconduct activities have been nothing new now both in China and overseas， one worse thing is this dishonesty has ruined the reputation to the whole academic circles.The paper analyzes the cognition of academic misconduct activities, introduces domestic and overseas institutes who are fighting against this behavior and their concrete measures, in order to provide references for punishing academic misconduct activities in our nation.
