The paper elaborates the research scopes of pharmacy informatics from the two aspects: technology informatics and service informatics. The difference and the different development directions of technology-based training model and service-based training model are analyzed from following aspects: tutor settings,talents characteristics, curriculum settings and research topics. It points out that pharmacy informatics training of master graduates should adopt a model of technology-service.
