With the progress of informatization construction in medical health area,residents′ health records and prescription information become electronization, but the safe problems also emerge, such us data leakage, identity authentication and the authenticity of the doctor signature, etc. Combined with the specific implementation plan of Beijing community health information system, the paper introduces the concrete application of electronic signature system based on digital certificate technology in community health area.
