Taking the disability survey and monitoring data management system as an example, which is developed by the CRRC and the Guangxi CDPF Disability Sample Survey Office, the paper discusses the related technology about design and development of the system, including the framework design and the functions implementation, etc. It is the first time in China to realize the functions such as disability survey and monitoring data real-time reporting, storing and statistical analyzing by the web-based system, which saves a lot of manpower and materials, improves the working efficiency.
