The paper analyzes biomedical information resources and metadata. Based on that, it goes deep into analyzing the metadata technology application in different medical information resource integrations, including OPAC, Web Services, SFX, OAI, knowledge ontology system.At last it proposes several problems which should be noted while applying metadata technology to integrate medical information resources.
