The paper comparatively analyzes the management mechanism, the sources of finance, the database resources and the related services on the typical four library alliances: OCLC, OhioLINK, JISC and Questel.Orbit in three countries, United States of America, United Kingdom and France, summarizes both characteristics and advantages on foreign literature information resources sharing, in order to provide relevant reference to the information sharing for our country.
