Using SWOT analysis method, the paper systematically analyzes internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities for development as well as threats of the construction of China rural medical and health information service network. It points out that we should strengthen rural medical and health information service network construction, provide services for rural areas and improve the overall level of rural medical and health services.
