The paper elaborates the application software design and implementation of health monitoring and management system in public places, analyzes function demands and data requirements of the system as well as the choice of proper exploring tools, concretely discusses the process of database design, connection and program design. This system has been experimented in practical business work, it is helpful for promoting working efficiency.
