The paper expounds the changing trends of user′s demands for document delivery services in the new information environment, outlines the processes, status and existing problems of document delivery services, which are carried out by the Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences relying on NSTL. Finally, it proposes advices to enhance the service capabilities and optimize the service.
