Taking Hebei University of Engineering as an example, the paper introduces the research and development of college and university health records management system based on geographic information system (GIS). It concretely describes health records design, system structure design, technology roadmap and system function, points out that using this system could promote the management become automation, simplification, quantitativeness and in time.
