The paper introduces the development and application of medical image shift exchange management system, fully elaborates framework, features, functions and advantages of the system. Patient's text information and images collected in treatment process are automatically collected into system. Through clinical practices, this system could provide convenience for clinical treatment, teaching, and researching, it is also helpful for ensuring the security of medical care.
