The paper carries out research on the public concern about China health care system reform based on analysis of keywords searching frequency at search engines such as Google and Baidu，etc. Groups with different regions, time series, ages, occupations and genders are analyzed, thus corresponding advices are put forwards according to concern groups distribution.
