The construction of pharmaceutical information ecological model will provide users reasonable and convenient ways to acquire the pharmaceutical information. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundation and actual basis for pharmaceutical information ecological model, expounds the constructing principles，including restriction factors principle，integration priciple and so on, and puts forward the concrete constructing pattern.
