The paper introduces the theory of patent portfolio. Taking anti-HBV pharmaceutical enterprises as empirical study objects, it carries out patent portfolio analysis both in corporation and technological level, so as to help the organizations to monitor competitors' relative patent positions and find out the relative developing advantages in the technology fields.
