Aiming at undergraduate students of information management and information system(medicine) profession, the paper designs a questionnaire to make an investigation from the following aspects: subject orientation, employment orientation, cultivation level, professional required courses settings, elective courses settings, optional courses settings, etc. The investigation results indicates the correctness of talents training program revision
