Combining with clinical pathway implementation process, the paper reintegrates the flow of electronic medical records(EMR)in support of clinical pathway, studies structured and standard principles of EMR data based on HL7 CDA as well as data store models including mixed relational database and XML, proposes a solution of EMR system in support of clinical pathway and carries out practices through a system prototype.
