Through analysis on the research status of quality of life(QOL) and patient reported outcome(PRO) measurement, the paper proposes the necessity of constructing PRO & QOL evaluation information resources and service platform, concretely elaborates the technical program, function realization, operation mechanism of constructing the platform as well as the great significance of the platform to the crowd health promotion and clinical treatment practices.
