In a healthy city construction process, constructing scientific and effective communication environment is very important. The paper combines communication, health communication and healthy city related theory, outlines the model of healthy city extensive network communication environment. Through analyzing the extensive network communication status of "Healthy Chongqing", it constructs corresponding communication system.At last it puts forward advices on the communication of healthy city projects in China.
