The paper introduces several real time settlement modes for farmers after treatment in the new rural cooperative business, deeply analyzes the several real time settlement methods of hospitals, concretely expounds real-time settlement interface service as well as its functions in Beijing New Rural Cooperative System. It utilizes WebService technology to realize various functions of the service.
