In order to investigate the status of information burden of clinicians, the paper carries out questionnaire survey on the clinicians in one of the first-class hospitals in Wuhan, analyzes the current methods and expecting methods of information demand, information capability, the obstacles to process information. The results show that the information tasks have caused the burden for clinicians from the aspects of time and capability, the results should induce more attention of information researchers.
