The paper introduces the position and characteristics of teaching oriented hospital libraries, expounds the significance and necessity of libraries helping interns in promoting self-learning capability. Based on the above, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including providing guidance to the interns for graduation papers, paying attention to cultivating information literacy of the interns, etc.
