Taking No.1 People′s Hospital of Huaian for example, the paper comprehensively analyzes the key technologies of constructing credit management system, elaborates the concrete implementation methods. The practices show that the credit management system based on Delphi runs well, facilitates the continuing education management of science and educational department to clinical medical staffs, so as to provide references for related system construction in other hospitals.
