The paper defines the concepts of semantic publication, classifies the relevant standards of digital publication in semantic environment, lists related standards which are suitable for digital books and multimedia, from the point of interoperability, data exchange, font encoding, identification register, and end-point application, detailed analyzes the related standards suited to electronic journals in semantic environment, which refers to content producing, publication and effective utilizations, finally it overviews the application status of electronic journals publication standards in biomedical area in semantic environment.
