The paper attempts to carry out medical information retrieval counseling using the way of less teaching hours, involving in medical immunology PBL teaching in Jiujiang University. Carrying out comparative research by random control method and evaluating the students, the result shows that information retrieval counseling of less teaching hours before PBL teaching of medical professional courses could help improve PBL teaching effects.
