Human-centered e-Health (HeH) provides the strategic guidance and strong technology platform for the transformation of medical model. It is the permanent strategy for China′s medical system reform and could facilitate constructing new knowledge and technology innovation system, and it will lead a new model of future social development. National strategic planning and regional pilot projects are essential to promote HeH as well as developing digital healthcare equipment rapidly, accelerating national data sharing platform construction in the field of population and health, constructing and perfecting the social supporting system.
